NO REFUND POLICY
HAIR ORDERS / EXCHANGE ONLY
We can not offer refunds on hair orders, we exchange items within 14 days of order providing all packages are completely un opened or untouched. We have the right to refuse a exchange that we believe does not comply with our regulations.
Hair extensions that are returned will be checked and tested. Any hair extensions that have been worn coloured or chemically processed will not be exchanged for an alternative item. This hair will be posted back to the customer once the postage fees have been paid.
Stephanie's hair is natural Russian hair however if a customer wishes to colour / tone / silver shampoo and further process their hair extensions then they must do so at their own risk. Harmful or strong products can disintegrate the glue or bonding material of the hair extensions which may lead to the hair shedding. Over processing the hair especially when done unprofessionally can damage the quality of the hair. Stephanie will not be held responsible for this however we may offer to rectify this for you at a cost depending on the situation.
BESPOKE / PRE ORDFERS
Bespoke orders can not be refunded or exchanged. Any hair that is made to measure or pre ordered in for a customer, such as clip in hair or any item that states pre order is none exchangeable or refundable.
We ship using royal mail.
Expected delivery time - 1 working day. Deliveries can take 1-3 days working days.

We also ship worldwide at a flat fee of £15
HAIR EXTENSIONS FITTINGS / NO REFUND POLICY.
We have a no refund policy on all of our hair extensions fittings. However we do take full liability for the hair extensions that have been looked after by following our aftercare leaflets and we are always happy to rectify any issues our clients may have. Our hair extensions are natural human hair therefor can be coloured / dyed or tinted although this is not something we would recommend and we always advise clients who wish to colour their hair or further process the hair that this is done so at their own risk. Further processing the hair will effect the quality of the hair extensions eventually just as it would with your natural hair therefore the hair may not last the desired time.
Deposits may be taken when you decide to book an appointment with Stephanie Hair Extensions. Deposits are to reserve the date only and are only redeemable on your service price. If you cannot attend your appointment for any reason, this deposit will be used to absorp administration costs, re-advertise and fill your appointment.
The deposit is non-refundable but we may allow it to be transfer to another date once, with atleast 2 weeks prior notice.
Our hair can last anything from 1-5 years if the after care is followed correctly we will not be held reliable for any misuse of the hair colouring/tinting toners etc. We do recommend our clients to be maintain their hair every second to third maintenance if they wish for the hair to stay the exact volume and length with in this time frame. We offer discounted prices to all of our loyal clients when it comes to our hair booster appointments.
We do have many clients that go the full duration with out topping up their hair extensions and the hair is still in lovely condition giving the aftercare has been followed
You or your carrier are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us. Cost and risk of return will be at your expense and we strongly recommend that you get proof of postage or use Royal Mail's "Recorded Signed" service. You may like to opt for Royal Mail's "Special Delivery" service if a valuable item.
For exchanged items, you may be asked for a nominal fee as a contribution towards any additional postage of shipping, depending on which shipping method you require.
Any returned goods that we receive which are outside of this Returns Policy will be defined as "In Dispute". Such In Dispute items will not be exchanged. A reason for this decision will be provided. We are happy to re-ship such In Dispute items back to you, otherwise they will be destroyed within 91 working days from their receipt back to us.
We are sorry but due to false promises in the past, we are unable to replace or exchange an item until the original parcel is returned to us. If you need an item in a hurry, we suggest you place a second order for the new item and send the original back at a later date.
Any clients who go to a third party for their hair extensions maintenance need to be aware that this will overwrite all liability towards Stephanie hair extensions.
Once your hair extensions have been fitted and applied this hair is then your responsibility. Any hair that is lost or damaged due to poor aftercare Stephanie will not be held responsible for . When having your hair extensions removed we advise booking an appointment with us to avoid any damage to the natural hair . Stephanie recommends all clients to take their hair extensions with them once removed , whether the hair is due to be reapplied or not . Any hair left at the salon is done so at the clients own risk as stephanie will not be held responsible for and damaged or lost hair.
Used extensions can not be returned for refund or exchange (no exceptions). Please read the return policy thoroughly before making your purchase or decision to go ahead with your Stephanie hair extensions.
